1) Order Placement
The process begins when an order is placed on our website. We offer an easy-to-use platform that allows you to select your desired product, create or upload your design, and checkout.
2) Artwork Review
Once the order is submitted, we have a comprehensive QA process in place to review the artwork and catch any basic design issues, such as image quality or design placement. This ensures that your custom products look great and meet your expectations.
3) Design Proofs & Approval
If a design proof is requested, our production artists will send the proof via email along with an approval request. Production will begin once the proof is approved. Orders of 15 or more units will see a checkout option to request a proof. Smaller orders can reach out to our team.
4) Production Begins
Once the design has been approved, the order is submitted into our production queue. We prioritize orders based on the shipping option selected during checkout, with rush orders given priority over orders with free shipping.
5) Production Completion & Shipment
When the order is completed, our team inspects it to ensure it meets our quality standards. We then package the products and ship the order out. You'll receive an email with tracking information once the order is shipped.
